Welcome to Fusion 3D LLC. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Custom Manufactured Products
Many of our products are made to order or manufactured specifically for each customer using additive manufacturing (3D printing). Because products are custom manufactured, slight cosmetic variations, including visible layer lines, minor surface texture, and other characteristics inherent to the 3D printing process, are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
2. Quotes and Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are considered accepted once payment has been received or other payment arrangements have been approved.
3. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or fees will be disclosed before checkout.
4. Customer-Supplied Designs
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to submit any files, logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, or other intellectual property for manufacturing. Fusion 3D LLC reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights.
5. Product Use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended application. Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are not certified for life-safety, medical, aerospace, or other mission-critical uses.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fusion 3D LLC's maximum liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product. Fusion 3D LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage.
7. Changes
Fusion 3D LLC may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
