At Fusion 3D LLC, customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. Every product is carefully inspected before shipment and must meet our strict quality standards.

Our Quality Promise

Every product we ship is one we would proudly provide to our own family and friends. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't leave our shop.

Custom Orders

Because many of our products are custom manufactured or personalized, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

• The wrong item was shipped.

• The item arrived damaged during shipping.

• The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Standard Products

Non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Limited Warranty

Fusion 3D LLC warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery under normal, intended use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal cosmetic characteristics of additive manufacturing, including visible layer lines or minor surface variations.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Improper installation.

• Abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, UV exposure, or environmental conditions beyond the intended use of the product.

If a product is determined by Fusion 3D LLC to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the product,

• Replace the product, or

• Refund the original purchase price.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, notify us within five (5) business days and include photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can assist with a replacement or shipping claim.

Limitation of Warranty

Except as expressly stated above, all products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion 3D LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
